I’m Amine, a Senior Applied AI Engineer at Google DeepMind. I work between research and product, building applications with large language models and embeddings.
Previously, I built AI applications at Scale AI and Citi, and worked on machine learning and payments at Starling Bank. I have a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Strathclyde.
I’m interested in distributed systems, machine learning, and what happens when an idea becomes something people can use. Outside work, I make small apps and explore art and storytelling.
